Scriptures: Mark 8:22-26

1. God Can Work However He Wants (vv. 22-23).

2. We Must Respond Obediently to God’s Prompting (vv. 22-23).

3. Faith Sometimes Comes Gradually (vv. 24-25).

4. God Opens Blind Eyes (v. 25).

This Week:

Sunday July 23:
Sunday Morning Worship, Prayer, & Sermon.  Children and Youth are dismissed for Sunday School classes after worship and opening prayer. 

Events:
Sunday, July 30:  5^th Sunday Pot-Luck lunch after church service.  We need side dishes, desserts, and bread.  Church will provide the main entrée and tea.

Friday, August 4:  Outreach at Serenity Corner.  We will be making meals to serve the homeless (enough to feed 30).  This will reoccur every 1^st Friday of the Month.  Please see Pastor Bob for more specific details. SERENITY CORNER is located at 212 S. Rockwall Street in Terrell.

Friday, August 11:  Men’s ministry meeting at 6:30 PM.  Meal and message included.

Sunday, August 20: Elder open meeting starts at 6 PM & closed meeting starts at 7 PM.
