Redeened 1

Large group starts at 7 pm (age requirements 15 years and older)
Small groups start at 8 pm (age requirements 18 years and older)

Join Us, IT’S TESTIMONY NIGHT!!!

We invite you to join us tonight to hear a testimony being shared by someone who celebrates recovery over drugs and  who is recovering from sexual integrity issues.
We invite you to come hear how Christ transformed him.

”The Lord directs the steps of the godly.

He delights in every detail of their lives.

Though they stumble, they will never fall, for the Lord holds them by the hand.” (Psalms 37:23-24)

Principle 8.  Yield myself to God to be used to bring this Good News to others, both by my example and by my words.

“Blessed are those who are persecuted because they do what God requires.” (Matthew 5:10)

Step 12.  Having had a spiritual experience as the result of these steps, we try to carry this message to others and practice these principles in all our affairs.

“Brothers, if someone is caught in a sin, you who are spiritual should restore him gently.
But watch yourself or you also may be tempted.”

Large group starts at 7 pm (age requirement 15 years and  older)

Small groups start at 8 pm (age requirements 18 years  and older)

Principle 3: Consciously choose to commit all my life and will to Christ’s care and control.

“Blessed are the meek.” (Matthew 5:5)

Step 3: We made a decision to turn our lives and our wills over to the care of God.

“Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God—this is your spiritual act of worship.”(Romans 12:1)

How do you TURN your life over to the one and only Higher Power, Jesus Christ?

Trust

Understand

Repent

New life

Small Group’s Focus Question:

How has relying on my own understanding caused problems in my life?

Dear God,

I have tried to do it all by myself, on my own power, and I have failed.  Today, I want to turn my life over to You.  I ask You to be my Lord and my Savior.  You are the One and only Higher Power!  I ask that You help me start to think less about me and my will.  I want to daily turn my will over to You, to daily seek Your direction and wisdom for my life.  Please continue to help me over-come my hurts, hangups, and habits and may that victory over them help others as they see Your power at work in changing my life.
