Principle 4. Openly examine and confess my faults to myself, to God, and someone I trust.

Step 4. We made a searching and fearless moral inventory of ourselves.
“Let us examine our ways and test them, and let us return to the Lord.” (Lamentations 3:40)
Tonight, we begin the first of two lessons on Spiritual Inventory.
Step 4 begins the process of coming clean, where you openly examine and confess your faults to yourself, to God, and to another person you trust.
We will work on the following four areas:
Relationships with Others
Priorities in Your Life
Your Attitude
Your Integrity
Small Group Focus Questions:
Does your walk match your talk? If so, how? If not, why not? Are my actions the same at recovery meetings, church, home and work? What in your life is interfering with you doing God’s will: Your ambition? Pleasure? Job? Money? Friendships? Personal goals?
